Nick Green is the President and Founder of MacDuff. His marketing and management background began in the United Kingdom at the cereal company, Kellogg’s. After several years in sales and brand management he decided to combine his marketing skills with his passion for the game, and moved into the golf business, where he spent 13 years representing professionals on the PGA Tour, European Tour and LPGA Tour and managing the commercial operations of more than 70 professional events. He traveled all over the globe, including South Africa, New Zealand, the United States, Malaysia and every country in Europe. His major corporate golf clients have included Canon, MasterCard and NBC and his professional golf clients have included Justin Rose and Per-Ulrik Johansson. Nick lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and two children. A keen golfer, Nick is more than halfway to playing the Top 100 golf courses in the world.

Inspires the

MacDuff Brand

Have you ever been so moved by a book you’ve read, or connected so deeply with a particular character in a book that you had to make the story part of your own tale? Some people name their children or pets after favorite characters. At MacDuff, we were so inspired by the character Seamus MacDuff from Michael Murphy’s “Golf in the Kingdom” that we named our company after him.

Like the author and characters in Murphy’s story, we believe the game of golf provides those who play it amazing insight into their own strengths and weaknesses ― as well as those of competitors and business associates. Golf opens a doorway to the mysteries of life, a higher dimension of experience and a path to truth and self-discovery. At MacDuff, we are always searching to inspire, learn, discover and grow.
